Terms and Conditions for Registration Refunds
Elanva is committed to providing flexibility and transparency for event registrations. Please review our terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations below
1. Registration Cancellation by Participant
- Refund Requests: If you need to cancel your registration, please submit a written request to contact@elanva.com. Refunds will be processed based on the following schedule:

- Up to 120 days before the event: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- Between 60 to 119 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 60 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.
2. Event Postponement or Cancellation by Elanva
The information we collect is used solely to improve your experience with Elanva and to:
- If Elanva cancels an event for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- In the event of a postponement, participants will have the option to either transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or request a full refund.
3. Substitution Policy
- If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Substitution requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event by contacting contact@elanva.com. There will be no charge for substitutions.
4. No-show Policy
No refunds will be provided for registrants who do not attend the event without prior notice of cancellation.
5. Force Majeure
- Elanva is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseen events (“force majeure”). In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the event or provide alternative solutions. Refunds will be addressed on a case-by-case basis under these circumstances.
By registering for an event with Elanva, you agree to these terms and conditions.
